Privacy Policy
1. Summary
- You don't create an account. The app identifies your device with a random ID it generates itself.
- Your prompts, the photos you choose and your settings are sent to Stability AI to create or edit images. Prompt text is also checked by Anthropic for safety.
- We do not analyze faces and do not collect, store or share biometric or face data.
- Your images stay in your History until you delete them. Deleting removes them from our server.
- If you allow tracking, an advertising identifier is used to measure which ads bring people to the app. Your photos and prompts are never used for advertising.
2. What we collect and why

3. Who receives data
- Stability AI (image generation and editing): prompts, photos you choose, settings. Privacy policy.
- Anthropic (content safety check and translation of prompts into English): prompt text only, never photos. Privacy policy.
- RevenueCat (subscription management): app user ID, purchase history. Privacy policy.
- Google (Firebase Analytics, Google Ads measurement): usage events, app instance ID, IDFA if you allowed tracking. Privacy policy.
- Apple (App Store payments, Apple Ads attribution token). Privacy policy.
- Our hosting provider stores the server data on our behalf.
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the providers above and when the law requires it.
4. Face and biometric data
The app does not detect, recognize or analyze faces. If a photo you choose contains people, it is processed only like any other image: it is sent to Stability AI for the edit you asked for. We do not create face geometry, face templates or any biometric identifiers, and we do not use photos for tracking or advertising.
5. Tracking and your choices
- The app asks for tracking permission (App Tracking Transparency). If you decline, every feature still works; ads are then measured with Apple's privacy-preserving SKAdNetwork / AdAttributionKit.
- You can change the permission any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
- Settings in the app let you delete all your images and withdraw consent for AI processing.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or Turkey's KVKK) you can ask for access, correction, deletion or a copy of your data, and object to processing. Because there is no account, include the Support ID shown in the app's Settings when you write to stability@berkimren.com. You may also complain to your data protection authority.
7. International transfers
Our providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Transfers rely on the providers' standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.
8. Children
The app is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country) and we do not knowingly collect their data.
9. Security
All traffic uses HTTPS. API keys stay on our server, files are served through signed, expiring links, and requests are rate-limited.
10. Changes
We will update this page and the effective date when the policy changes. Important changes are announced in the app.

Gizlilik Politikası
1. Özet
- Hesap oluşturmazsın. Uygulama cihazını kendi ürettiği rastgele bir kimlikle tanır.
- Promptların, seçtiğin fotoğraflar ve ayarların görsel oluşturmak veya düzenlemek için Stability AI'a gönderilir. Prompt metni ayrıca güvenlik kontrolü için Anthropic'e gider.
- Yüz analizi yapmayız. Biyometrik veya yüz verisi toplamaz, saklamaz, paylaşmayız.
- Görsellerin sen silene kadar Geçmiş'te kalır. Sildiğinde sunucumuzdan da silinir.
- İzlemeye izin verirsen reklam kimliği, hangi reklamların kullanıcı getirdiğini ölçmek için kullanılır. Fotoğrafların ve promptların asla reklam için kullanılmaz.

3. Verileri kimler alır
- Stability AI (görsel üretme ve düzenleme): promptlar, seçtiğin fotoğraflar, ayarlar. Gizlilik politikası.
- Anthropic (içerik güvenliği kontrolü ve promptun İngilizceye çevrilmesi): yalnızca prompt metni, fotoğraf asla. Gizlilik politikası.
- RevenueCat (abonelik yönetimi): uygulama kullanıcı kimliği, satın alma geçmişi. Gizlilik politikası.
- Google (Firebase Analytics, Google Ads ölçümü): kullanım olayları, uygulama örnek kimliği, izin verdiysen IDFA. Gizlilik politikası.
- Apple (App Store ödemeleri, Apple Ads atıf belirteci). Gizlilik politikası.
- Barındırma sağlayıcımız sunucu verilerini bizim adımıza saklar.
Kişisel verileri satmayız. Yalnızca yukarıdaki sağlayıcılarla ve yasa gerektirdiğinde paylaşırız.
4. Yüz ve biyometrik veri
Uygulama yüz tespiti, tanıma veya analizi yapmaz. Seçtiğin fotoğrafta insanlar varsa bu fotoğraf diğer görsellerle aynı şekilde işlenir: yalnızca istediğin düzenleme için Stability AI'a gönderilir. Yüz geometrisi, yüz şablonu veya herhangi bir biyometrik tanımlayıcı oluşturmayız; fotoğrafları izleme veya reklam için kullanmayız.
5. İzleme ve tercihlerin
- Uygulama izleme izni ister (App Tracking Transparency). Reddedersen tüm özellikler çalışmaya devam eder; reklamlar Apple'ın gizliliği koruyan SKAdNetwork / AdAttributionKit yöntemiyle ölçülür.
- İzni istediğin zaman iOS Ayarlar → Gizlilik ve Güvenlik → İzleme bölümünden değiştirebilirsin.
- Uygulamadaki Ayarlar'dan tüm görsellerini silebilir ve AI işleme iznini geri çekebilirsin.
6. Hakların
KVKK, GDPR ve benzeri düzenlemeler kapsamında verilerine erişme, düzeltme, silme, kopyasını alma ve işlemeye itiraz etme hakların vardır. Hesap olmadığı için stability@berkimren.com adresine yazarken uygulamanın Ayarlar ekranındaki Destek Kimliği'ni ekle. Ayrıca Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu'na başvurabilirsin.
7. Yurt dışına aktarım
Sağlayıcılarımız verileri ABD ve diğer ülkelerde işleyebilir. Aktarımlar sağlayıcıların standart sözleşme maddelerine veya eşdeğer güvencelere dayanır.
8. Çocuklar
Uygulama 13 yaş altına (veya ülkendeki asgari yaşın altına) yönelik değildir ve bilerek bu kişilerin verilerini toplamayız.
9. Güvenlik
Tüm trafik HTTPS ile şifrelenir. API anahtarları yalnızca sunucumuzda durur, dosyalar imzalı ve süreli bağlantılarla sunulur, istekler sınırlandırılır.
10. Değişiklikler
Politika değiştiğinde bu sayfayı ve yürürlük tarihini güncelleriz. Önemli değişiklikleri uygulama içinde duyururuz.
