Terms of Use
These terms apply together with Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. By using the app you accept both.
1. The service
The app creates and edits images and 3D models with AI models provided by Stability AI. Results are generated automatically, can be inaccurate or unexpected, and may look similar to results other people get.
2. Subscription (Pro)
- All tools require a Pro subscription. Plans: Weekly (1 week) and Yearly (1 year). The current price in your currency is shown on the purchase screen before you pay. There is no free trial.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the period, at the same price unless you are told otherwise.
- You can manage or cancel the subscription in iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies (reportaproblem.apple.com).
- Use "Restore Purchases" in the app to restore Pro on a new device.
3. Content rules
You may not use the app to create or edit:
- explicit sexual content;
- any sexual or suggestive content involving minors;
- obscene, humiliating or deceptive depictions of real people;
- graphic violence;
- content that is illegal or infringes others' rights.
Prompts are checked automatically. A blocked request is not charged. Repeated attempts to break these rules can lead to a temporary or permanent block.
Only upload photos you have the right to use. Don't upload photos of other people without their permission.
4. Fair use
Pro gives you unlimited creations for personal use. To protect the service for everyone, automated, scripted or abusive use (for example running the app with bots or reselling access) is not allowed, and unusually high automated activity may be slowed down or paused.
5. Your content
You keep all rights you have in the photos and prompts you provide. You give us permission to process them, and to send them to our providers, only to deliver the result you asked for. Subject to Stability AI's terms and applicable law, you may use your results for personal and commercial purposes. You are responsible for how you use them.
6. Availability
We work to keep the service running but can't guarantee it will always be available or error-free. A tool may be paused temporarily, for example during maintenance or a provider outage. A failed request is not charged.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.
8. Changes and termination
We may update these terms. We will change the effective date and announce important changes in the app. You can stop using the app at any time. We may suspend access if these terms are seriously broken.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without affecting mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live.

Kullanım Koşulları
Bu koşullar Apple'ın Lisanslı Uygulama Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi ile birlikte geçerlidir. Uygulamayı kullanarak ikisini de kabul etmiş olursun.
1. Hizmet
Uygulama, Stability AI'ın sağladığı yapay zeka modelleriyle görsel ve 3D model oluşturur ve düzenler. Sonuçlar otomatik üretilir; hatalı veya beklenmedik olabilir ve başka kullanıcıların sonuçlarına benzeyebilir.
2. Abonelik (Pro)
- Tüm araçlar Pro abonelik gerektirir. Planlar: Haftalık (1 hafta) ve Yıllık (1 yıl). Kendi para birimindeki güncel fiyat, ödemeden önce satın alma ekranında gösterilir. Ücretsiz deneme yoktur.
- Ödeme, satın almayı onayladığında Apple Hesabından alınır.
- Mevcut dönem bitmeden en az 24 saat önce otomatik yenileme kapatılmazsa abonelik kendiliğinden yenilenir. Yenileme ücreti, aksi bildirilmedikçe aynı fiyattan, dönem bitmeden önceki 24 saat içinde alınır.
- Aboneliği iOS Ayarlar → [adın] → Abonelikler bölümünden yönetebilir veya iptal edebilirsin. İptal bir sonraki yenilemeyi durdurur; erişim ödenen dönemin sonuna kadar sürer.
- İadeler Apple tarafından Apple'ın politikalarına göre yapılır (reportaproblem.apple.com).
- Yeni bir cihazda Pro'yu geri getirmek için uygulamadaki "Satın Alımları Geri Yükle"yi kullan.
3. İçerik kuralları
Uygulamayı şunları oluşturmak veya düzenlemek için kullanamazsın:
- açık cinsel içerik;
- reşit olmayanları içeren her türlü cinsel veya müstehcen içerik;
- gerçek kişilerin müstehcen, aşağılayıcı veya yanıltıcı tasvirleri;
- ağır şiddet;
- yasa dışı veya başkalarının haklarını ihlal eden içerik.
Promptlar otomatik olarak kontrol edilir. Engellenen istek için ücret alınmaz. Bu kuralları tekrar tekrar aşmaya çalışmak geçici veya kalıcı engellemeye yol açabilir.
Yalnızca kullanma hakkın olan fotoğrafları yükle. Başkalarının fotoğraflarını izinleri olmadan yükleme.
4. Adil kullanım
Pro, kişisel kullanım için sınırsız üretim sunar. Hizmeti herkes için korumak amacıyla otomatik, betikle yapılan veya kötüye kullanım niteliğindeki kullanıma (örneğin uygulamayı botlarla çalıştırmak veya erişimi yeniden satmak) izin verilmez; olağan dışı yüksek otomatik etkinlik yavaşlatılabilir veya durdurulabilir.
5. İçeriğin
Yüklediğin fotoğraflar ve yazdığın promptlar üzerindeki tüm hakların sende kalır. Bunları yalnızca istediğin sonucu üretmek için işlememize ve sağlayıcılarımıza göndermemize izin verirsin. Stability AI koşulları ve geçerli yasalar çerçevesinde sonuçlarını kişisel ve ticari amaçla kullanabilirsin. Nasıl kullandığından sen sorumlusun.
6. Erişilebilirlik
Hizmetin çalışması için çaba gösteririz ancak her zaman kesintisiz ve hatasız olacağını garanti edemeyiz. Bakım veya sağlayıcı kesintisi gibi durumlarda bir araç geçici olarak durdurulabilir. Başarısız istek için ücret alınmaz.
7. Sorumluluğun sınırı
Yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değiliz. Toplam sorumluluğumuz, talepten önceki 12 ayda uygulama için ödediğin tutarla sınırlıdır. Bu koşullardaki hiçbir hüküm, tüketici olarak emredici yasalardan doğan haklarını kısıtlamaz.
8. Değişiklik ve sona erme
Bu koşulları güncelleyebiliriz. Yürürlük tarihini değiştirir, önemli değişiklikleri uygulama içinde duyururuz. Uygulamayı istediğin zaman kullanmayı bırakabilirsin. Koşulların ciddi şekilde ihlal edilmesi halinde erişimi durdurabiliriz.
9. Uygulanacak hukuk
Bu koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir. Yaşadığın ülkenin emredici tüketici koruma kuralları saklıdır.
